$49 per seat per month. A seat is one person on your team who logs in. There is one plan and everything is in it, so there is no tier to compare or a feature you have to upgrade to reach.

Yes, seven days. You do enter a card to start it. The card is not charged during the trial, and we email you before it ends. If you do nothing, the subscription starts on day seven and the card is charged then. Cancel before that and you are not billed.

Cancelling during the trial is done from Settings, then Billing, and your data stays saved either way.

From Settings, then Billing. Cancelling does not cut you off on the spot. You keep working right through to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your projects stay where they are. You can restart before that date and nothing is lost.

Once you are past the trial and paying, you can pause instead of cancelling, for one, two or three months, which is worth a look if your season has an off stretch. Pausing is not offered during the free trial. There is nothing to collect yet, so cancel instead.

Yes. There is no cap on projects, no cap on measurements, and no credits to buy or run out of. Measure as many lots as you want.

The one number worth knowing: AI detection is limited to 20 runs per hour across your whole company. That is there to stop runaway costs, not to meter you, and it resets as the hour rolls forward. Drawing by hand is never limited.

No. It is in the $49, with no per-detection charge and nothing metered. The 20 per hour above is the only ceiling.

Up to 100 seats. You are billed per seat, and adding or removing someone part way through a month is prorated.

Yes, and plenty of people do. Measure the lot, export the numbers or the PDF, and put them into whatever you already bid with. Nothing makes you produce a proposal out of ProPaving.

Both. Every account starts with categories for the work you would normally price separately:

• Areas: Sealcoat, Sealcoat Spray, Crack Fill, Asphalt Repair
• Linear: 4" White Line, 4" Yellow Line, Yellow Curb, Stop Line White
• Counts: # of Bays (Stalls), ADA Handicap Stalls, Stop Bar, No Parking Fire Lane

You can rename these or add your own. Each one totals separately, in the units that suit it, so curbs come out in linear feet and stalls come out as a count.

That works well for existing lots you can look up by address, which is most resurfacing, sealcoating and striping work. It does not help on a lot that has not been built yet. If your bids come off civil drawings for new construction, this is the thing to weigh before you sign up.
