Invite team members and manage your company settings.

Understanding Roles

ProPaving has three role levels, each with different permissions:

Owner

Full control over everything. Only one owner per company.

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Delete company (careful!)
  • Transfer ownership
  • All Admin permissions

Admin

Manage team and company settings.

  • Invite and remove team members
  • Manage categories
  • Update company settings
  • All Member permissions

Member

Standard user access.

  • Create and edit projects
  • Add measurements
  • Export PDF reports
  • Cannot manage team or settings

Inviting Team Members

Owners and Admins can invite new team members:

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (Member or Admin)
  5. Click "Send Invitation"

Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend expired invitations from the Team settings page.

Managing Team Members

In Settings → Team, Owners and Admins can:

  • View all members: See name, email, role, and status
  • Change roles: Click on a member to update their role
  • Remove members: Click the remove button to remove someone
  • View pending invites: See who hasn't accepted yet
  • Resend invitations: For pending invites that expired

Note: Admins cannot remove the Owner or other Admins. Only the Owner can modify Admin roles.

Company Settings

Admins and Owners can update company settings in Settings → Company:

Company Name

Your business name as it appears in the application.

Company Slug

URL-friendly identifier for your company.

Categories

Create and manage measurement categories for your team. See Categories documentation.

Changes to company settings affect all team members.

Seats and Billing

Each team member requires a subscription seat:

  • ProPaving is $99 per seat per month
  • Each active team member uses one seat
  • Pending invitations don't use seats until accepted
  • Add more seats in Billing settings
