What's Included
Starting a Subscription
- Go to the Pricing page
- Select the number of seats you need
- Click "Start Subscription"
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Immediate access to all features
Secure Checkout: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
Managing Your Subscription
In Settings → Billing, you can:
- View your current plan and monthly cost
- See seat usage (active seats vs total seats)
- Check billing date for your next payment
- Access Stripe Portal to manage payment methods
Adding or Removing Seats
To change your seat count:
- Go to Settings → Billing or Settings → Team
- Use the + and - buttons next to your seat count
- Read the exact prorated amount, then click the confirm button
- The new seats are available immediately
Inviting someone when every seat is taken offers to add the seat and send the invite in one step.
Pro-rating: When adding seats, a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing period is added to your next invoice. Nothing is charged at the moment you add the seat. You see the exact amount, calculated by Stripe, before you confirm. During a free trial, seat changes cost nothing until the trial ends.

Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- In the Stripe portal, click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Note: After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your projects and data remain saved.
