What's in the Report

Your PDF report includes:

Project Information

Project name, address, creation date, and any notes you've added.

Map Screenshot

A satellite view showing all measurements with their assigned colors.

Measurement Details

Each measurement listed with name, category, and calculated values (area, perimeter, or length).

Category Totals

Subtotals for each category (e.g., total Sealcoat area, total Striping length).

Grand Totals

Overall totals for all area measurements, linear measurements, and count items.

Text Annotations

Any labels or notes you've placed on the map.

Tips for Better Reports

Name Your Measurements

Generic names like "Measurement 1" aren't helpful. Use descriptive names like "Main Lot" or "North Entrance".

Use Categories

Assign measurements to categories for organized subtotals in the report.

Add Text Annotations

Label important areas on the map so clients understand the scope.

Use Color Coding

Different colors for different work types make the map screenshot easier to read.

Add Project Notes

Include relevant notes in the Properties Panel - they appear on the report.

Position the Map

Ensure all measurements are visible before exporting. The map screenshot captures the current view.
